Is Queso really free?
Yes — free forever, not a trial. On-device translation, one of each account and the entire Queso Network cost nothing, with no ads and no tracking. Pro is an optional upgrade for AI features.
What does "unlimited accounts" mean?
Free Queso lets you link one WhatsApp and one Telegram account (plus the always-free Queso Network). Pro removes that limit, so you can add as many of each as you like — great for separate work and personal numbers.
What's the difference between AI translation and AI replies?
AI translation renders messages more naturally than the free on-device engine. AI replies go a step further and write a draft reply for you from a short instruction — then send it translated.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes — Pro lets you bring your own OpenAI key, so AI goes straight from your phone to your own account and we never touch your messages or your key.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Queso Pro, and choose to cancel. You'll keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
