How to send order forms to customers

Stop chasing orders across a dozen messages. Send a proper form on the Queso Network and get a clean, structured order straight back.

An order form with product photo and choice, number and date fields.

1. Open a Queso Network chat

Order forms are a Queso Network feature, so start or open a conversation with your customer there. They connect with a @handle — no phone number needed on either side.

2. Add a form

Tap the + button in the compose bar and choose Form. Give it a title, like "Weekly order".

3. Build your fields

Add the fields you need:

  • Multiple choice — product, size, colour.
  • Number — quantity.
  • Date — delivery or collection date.
  • Text — special instructions.

Attach a product photo so buyers can see exactly what they're ordering.

4. Send and collect responses

Send the form. Your customer taps through the options and submits, and you receive their order back as structured data — not a vague wall of text you have to decode. Perfect for wholesalers, makers and market stalls.

Why it's better than a group chat: because Queso defines the form type, the response is reliable and the same every time. And it's all end-to-end encrypted on the Queso Network.
